Peter: Hey Mijin. I was just installing this new CD drive and I got a strange error message. What should I do?

Mijin: First thing is to write down or copy the error message. Then reboot your system and try again. It might just go away.

Peter: Ok. What if it doesn`t go away?

Mijin: Well, then you should visit the Microsoft site and check the MS database for that error code to get more specific information.

Peter: And if they have none?

Mijin: Lastly, you can use the XP Help And Support Center on the Start menu for troubleshooting support specific to your system.

피터: 미진아! 나 새 CD 드라이브 설치하고 있었는데 이상한 오류 메시지가 떴어. 어떻게 해야 돼?

미진: 우선 오류 메시지를 적거나 복사해 둬. 그런 다음 컴퓨터를 재부팅해서 다시 시도해 봐. 아마 오류가 사라질 수도 있어.

피터: 오케이. 근데 사라지지 않으면 어떡하지?

미진: 음, 그럼 Microsoft 사이트에 가서 MS 데이터베이스에서 그 해당 오류 코드를 찾아보면 좀 더 구체적 정보를 얻을 수 있을 거야.

피터: 거기에 정보가 없으면 어떡해?

미진: 그럼 마지막으로 시작 메뉴에 나와있는 XP 도움말 및 지원 센터를 이용해서 네 컴퓨터 시스템에 맞는 문제해결 지원을 받을 수 있지.

reboot: 재부팅하다

troubleshoot: (고장 등을) 해결하다, 조정하다
