Chan: That’s why the US and Netherlands have a national virus alert service.

Susan: Now the UK does, too. It’s called ‘IT Safe’, and it’s free for people who sign up.

Chan: Oh, that’s right. They issue warnings about viruses and internet security threats, and how people can protect their computers.

Susan: Not only computers, but also mobile devices.

Chan: It’s a good idea, considering how digitized our lives are becoming.

수잔: 작년 한해에 전 세계에서 떠돌아 다닌 컴퓨터 바이러스가 십만개가 넘어.

찬: 그래서 미국과 네덜란드에서는 국가적으로 바이러스 경보 서비스를 제공하지.

수잔: 이젠 영국에도 그런 서비스를 제공한대. ‘IT 세이프’라고, 등록할 경우 무료라는 군.

찬: 아, 맞다. 여기에선 바이러스와 인터넷 보안 위험과 사람들이 그들의 컴퓨터를 보호하는 방법에 대해 주의를 주지.

수잔: 컴퓨터는 물론, 이동장치에 대해서도.

찬: 그거 좋은 방법인걸. 우리 삶이 얼마나 디지털화 되어가고 있는지 생각하면 말이야.
